Development of two new houses at the rear of 140a Whiteladies Road
140A Whiteladies Road was acquired by clients after the collapse of the Woolworth Group in the early 2000s. We obtained planning approval to convert the upper floor into student accommodation following extended negotiation with Bristol City Council and the ground floor retail unit is now a supermarket.
Land to the rear of this site on Mornington Road was developed as two bespoke town houses with terraces on upper floors and patio gardens.
