Sand House is an elegant house of the late 18th century, now listed Grade II. Our client acquired the property in early 2012 and became aware that some extensions and alterations had been constructed with neither planning nor Listed Building Consent.
Our remit was to open negotiations with the Listed Building Officer in order to seek approval existing extensions and to gain consents for the amended scheme and for some further extension and alteration.This we managed to achieve by late summer and building works were complete by the autumn.
