Planning consent for 4 large detached houses was obtained in the summer of 2014. The site is the former rear garden/allotment of an existing house and is surrounded by a railway line to the north, school playing field to the East and further housing to the south. The proximity of the adjoining properties to the south had to be carefully assessed to ensure minimal overlooking and loss of privacy.
