Extension and alteration to Listed Buildings needs to be approached with sensitivity and with careful consideration to the qualities of materials, and details which exist.
This house has been extended and improved. The design includes a new gallery staircase and wings to include a new kitchen breakfast area, ancillary work areas and accommodation in the extensive outbuildings.
The scheme also included the re-modelling of the areas around the house and the creation of a walled garden.
