Refurbishment and extension to form 14 apartments
Lying on this prominent junction in a Conservation Area, this 1960’s brick building was suffering from years of neglect.
The addition of a timber framed rooftop extension and conversion of the integral garage allowed the creation of 3 additional flats. Renovation and refurbishment included major external alterations including the formation of larger openings and the installation of Juliette balconies and revitalising the façade with the addition of render and external cedar cladding.
The project received an award from the Redland and Cotham Amenities Society.
