This dilapidated former grain merchants in the heart of Cheltenham currently stands a vacant building.
We developed a scheme for conversion into modern apartments retaining the historic character, with the addition of an new top floor level that is inset from the building’s original façade, reducing the perceived visual impact and establishing a clear contrast between new and old.
