Located behind street-facing grand period properties, this backland site in Bristol was formerly the location of lock-up garages.
After assessing the potential of the site with our client, a local house builder, we developed a scheme for four individual dwellings in a terrace, each with parking and private patio space.
The project required a careful design to fit in to the tight constraints of the site.
We progressed the project through planning, building regulations and coordinated a full construction package with a specialist timber frame supplier.
Compact externally yet spacious inside, each house is unique in layout. The properties also enjoy a beautifully landscaped communal garden area.
