First stages of this development involved working closely with a developer client to convert the former Moravian church and meeting rooms into 11 high quality residential units. The steep site provided challenges with access and arrangement of the new parking at basement level.
Stage 2 is currently underway and involves the subdivision of the original open vaulted ceiling church and installation of a new steel floor structure to form 4No. new duplex residential units.
