Conversion of Health Centre back to two houses
Constructed in the 1890’s as part of a four storey terrace of houses in the mid 1900’s 2 of the houses had been converted into a school and then clinical accommodation for the NHS.
In 2009 we were asked to undertake the scheme to restore the two Clifton Townhouses.
The work involved the removal of all the insensitive changes carried out during institutional use and a sensitive approach to create two high quality houses.
